3Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account at mry66. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or device information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, true, and current information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
• Notifying mry66 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur.

Mry66 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

4Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Mry66 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including direct bank transfer, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other digital payment methods listed on the platform. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Regarding deposits:

• Deposits are processed instantly or within a few minutes depending on the selected payment method.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the deposit page and may vary depending on the payment method.
• All deposits must come from an account registered in the same member's name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request voluntary account termination at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed, typically within 3 to 5 business days.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer
